Trust God

They tell us preachers and preacher wannabes to be careful how we receive the “praise” at the door when we greet those that attended church that day. When folks say “thank you” it may mean thanks for a great word from the Lord; but it could also mean thanks for FINALLY finishing. King David gave the same advice in Psalm 62:4 when he said to beware because “they bless with their mouths, but inwardly they curse.” The best guide or rule of thumb again comes from David when in verse 5 he says to put your trust in God and no one else, because will never let you down. So fellow preachers, preacher wannabes, and friends let’s try and trust in God today. He is our Rock. Blessings
